Lean App ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Lean App ("the App") as a platform that enables registered users to access certain features and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

1. Personal and Usage Data

• Account Information
The App does not collect or store personal details like your name, email address, or phone number by default. However, once you log in, the App may display data retrieved from your company’s internal systems (such as your role or department) to tailor the experience to your work context. This data is accessed securely and never stored outside your device or internal company servers.

• User-Submitted Content
You may voluntarily share content such as ideas, suggestions, or images via in-app features like Ideas Bank or Spaces. This content is stored securely on company-managed servers and used solely to support collaboration and internal communication. It is never shared with third parties.

• Usage Data
The App does not track, monitor, or analyze how users interact with the interface (e.g., clicks, time spent on pages). We focus on providing essential functionality without collecting behavioral analytics.

• Crash Reports & Analytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics to detect bugs, monitor crashes, and improve app performance. These tools help us fix issues quickly and enhance stability. We do not collect personal data through these tools, and no information is shared beyond Google Firebase services.

2. Device Access and Permissions

The App requests certain permissions to support features users choose to use. Here’s a breakdown:

• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/VIDEO/AUDIO
  Used to read files or access media content (images, documents, etc.) that you upload or attach in features like Spaces or Ideas Bank. This enables a richer in-app experience.
• CAMERA
  Used only with your explicit consent, and only within features that require capturing a photo (e.g., to attach to an idea). Photos are securely stored on internal servers and never shared outside your organization.
• USE_BIOMETRIC
  Used to enable secure login through fingerprint or face recognition. This data stays on your device — we do not collect or store any biometric data.
• INTERNET
  Required to connect the App to your company’s systems in real time, so it can display up-to-date data and enable features like login, content sync, and leaderboard updates.
• HEALTH.READ_STEPS & HEALTH.CONNECT.READ
  With your permission, the App can read your step count and physical activity data via Health Connect. We use this information to:
  • Show your daily and weekly step progress
  • Support internal wellness features like the Step Challenge
  Your health data remains private, stored only on secure internal systems, and is never shared externally or used for marketing.

3. How We Use Information

We use data solely to:

• Display relevant content to authenticated users.
• Support secure login and app navigation.
• Enable features that involve user submissions (e.g., ideas or photos).
• Maintain and improve app stability.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal data or content with external third parties. Any data accessed or submitted remains secure and is used only to support app functionality.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect data during communication and storage.

6. Data Retention

• Fitness data related to optional challenges may be stored securely for limited periods.
• User-submitted content is retained only as needed for relevant features.
• Other data is retrieved in real time and not stored permanently.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for users of legal working age and is not designed for children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be communicated through the App or appropriate channels.
